It's a fucking miracle! I have smoked for 20 years like a fucking train, probably close to 2 packs a day every day since I started (or more) and this year on August 20th.... just quit. I'm too old to keep doing it. Just don't want to leave my wife that early in life by dying of a fucking heart attack... I'm sure I'll still have one here and there when I drink, but the next day after that I don't crave them and just don't smoke anymore. I have gone from 30-40 cigarettes a day, to MAYBE 1 or 2 a week IF I drink. But the next morning, no smokes. WAY better for me. It's just mind over matter.

I DO still drink the occasional cold Heineken, but not as much as normal. Even slacked off on that too. Next goal - weight loss.

I could stand to lose a few pounds, and get in a little better shape.

This is a really cool website. You can create a virtual account and start your portfolio with $10,000 and you can add more. You can of course use this money to buy stocks. The cool part is that they have REAL companies' stocks, with REAL data. For example, the Microsoft stock on the website changes in real time just like the real Microsoft stock does.

I heard about this website awhile back, but just recently I have been starting to experiment with it. At a point I made over 1000 dollars but now I'm experimenting with many different options and I pretty much lost all of it. :side:

Recent studies have shown since everyday activities (Banking/College Notes/Fast Food Delivery/Shopping in general) have been integrated into the internet, people are spending a lot of time on it.

I was thinking about it and trying to figure out if I actually have developed a routine for what I do on the internet.

Since most things in my house have a browser on them, I usually stick on the iPod and do all my mail/banking first thing in the morning. But depending on what I do during the day, my online time differs.

Tonight for example. I didnt do anything, so I was streaming while chatting to mates on FB and i'll more than likely have a wank if I am bothered... lets be honest... a huge portion of the time we spend online is for jacking off.

Anyways.. since this forum is still going through a dry spell hopefully this strikes up some form of discussion.
