Curt Hawkins Makes Voluntarily Move To FCW

Smackdown star Curt Hawkins making the move to WWE's Florida Championship Wrestling territory, were now told he made the move voluntarily and it was not a company decision. Hawkins is hoping to repackage himself down in Florida before a return to the main roster.

I think its great, he can be used to FCW, better his skills and work on a new character. Better than being canned.

Thats the best thing him for him as he was going no where on SD and was pretty close to the future endevors list. Now he can train his skills, get a better gimick and last a bit longer.

I agree this is a good move,, but does anyone actually believe HE made the decision himself.... I'm sure thats how it's being spun, but I'm guessing Johnny Ace or someone else made that "decision" for him....

Either way, I hope he gets a chance to prove himself as a singles guy...

Good move from Hawkins - He was going no where fast on Smackdown! so he's better off heading back to FCW where he has more freedom and can learn his trade better and try different things!

I still think he and Ryder as a team had more legs if they would have pushed them as the new Edge and Christian

Smart move by Hawkins, and props to the man. Other guys were probably hapopy to sit off camera, collect their paychecks and simply wait in the wings to be told "your jobbing to koslov". Hes taking the initiative, showing WWE he is keen to always improve.

but at the moment I like him better than Ryder because he hasn't been annoying the hell out of me so best of luck to Hawkins I wish him much luck in FCW and his eventual return to WWE

It wouldn't surprise me if this wasn't Hawkins' idea. I mean, he has a better shot at keeping his job if he is trying to get better in FCW, then just about doing nothing while on the main roster.

before he was repackaged i really could tell him and curt apart and only thing that really stood out about him was the "woo woo woo" thing and once he changed and i seen his matches under his current gimmick instantly became a fan of ryder

Or you can do it in front of crowds that actually paid for tickets. go to FCW and do 2 shows a week, or work numerous House Shows per week.

Very smart move by hawkins. i respect him a bit more for realizing that a move to FCW for a while would be the best thing for him at this point in his career.
